The Platform is owned by International Educational Gateway Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Indian laws and/or its affiliates (hereinafter may be referred to as the “Company” “We” “Us”, and “Our”) and is licensed to your existing or alma mater Institution (hereinafter referred to as “Institute”) and further sub-licensed, through your institute, to you (hereinafter referred to as the “Users” or “you” and shall include your legal guardians, as may be applicable). The Platform enables the Institute and its existing or past students, i.e., the Users, to engage in various subscribed alumni and student engagement programs offered on the Platform (“Services”).

This Policy shall be deemed to be incorporated into the terms of use of the Platform (the “Terms of Use”) and shall be read in addition to the Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Use, the interpretation placed by the Company shall be final and binding on you.

This Policy is being framed in view of the Information Technology Act, 2000 read with Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and Regulation 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.
